TDK Corporation announces the following changes of directors and corporate officers decided by a resolution by the Board of Directors at a meeting held today.
The appointment of directors is subject to election at TDK's 112th ordinary general meeting of shareholders scheduled for June 27, 2008. The appointment of corporate officers will be formally approved at a meeting of the Board of Directors to be held after the June 27 general shareholders meeting.
