TDK Corporation announces the following changes of directors, corporate auditors and corporate officers decided by a resolution by the Board of Directors at a meeting held today.
The appointment of directors and corporate auditors is subject to election at TDK's 113th ordinary general meeting of shareholders scheduled for June 26, 2009. The appointment of corporate officers will be formally approved at a meeting of the Board of Directors to be held after the June 26 general shareholders meeting.
